Bajwa Agro Industries was established in 1975. Bajwa Agro Industries is manufacturing automotive OEM parts since 1975. Therefore quality is maintained from start to finish. i.e., Melting on electric furnace, Rotary furnace and Cupla furnace, Moulding on Jolt squeezing and impact moulding machines, Sand & shot blasting and then machining on specially designed machines according to job and other formal machines.
Our R&D section is equipped with DRO Bridgeport, Shaper, and Grinding; Tool grinding, Lathe machines and Tempering Furnace. And for designing jigs and fixture, there is separate design room under R&D where all drawings, Jigs & fixture are made on AutoCAD 3D for better results. All measuring equipments are digital and dial for best accuracy.
Foundry Shop is equipped with different metallurgial equipments like Metallurgical Microscope & Temperature Measuring Instrument etc. Machine shop is having the complete measuring equipment that requires in inspection of automotive parts.
